In fact, as an official sponsor and the official timer of the 1995 America's Cup, The Citizen Cup, Defender Races for the America's Cup, and The Louis Vuitton Cup, Challenger Races for the America's cup, Citizen's credentials are well established in the exciting world of yachting.

The poster created by Neiman for Citizen, however, not only captures the thrill and excitement of Citizen's involvement in yacht racing, but also in figure skating and championship tennis. Citizen is the Official Timer of the U.S. Open Tennis Championships, as well as the official timer of numerous key tournaments on the ATP tour. In addition, Citizen continues its role as an official sponsor of the World Figure Skating Championships, most recently held in Tokyo in March 94 and broadcast by NBC sports.

In fact, Neiman is adept at depicting a vibrant sense of color and motion in his work. Billed by Raphael Galleries as "one of the most exciting sport illustrators of our time, "Neiman has created lithos and posters for such events and companies as the Volvo World Cup Equestrian Events, United States Soccer Federation, Washington Bullets Hockey Team, Penn National Race Track, Orange Bowl, Eagle Aloha Bowl, Nike Golf Tour. Neiman, president of Neiman Posters in Delray Beach, Florida, studied at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris, the Art Students League and Pratt Institute in New York.

The posters will be used as a marketing and promotional tool and as retail support material. Neiman also created an oil painting of the poster, which hangs proudly in Citizen's lobby.
